Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

Every day 46 kids are diagnosed with cancer. Every day 7 children will die from cancer. Pediatric cancer kills more children than Cystic Fibrosis, pediatric AIDS, and asthma combined! 1 in 330 children will develop cancer by age 20. Treatment side affects can last a lifetime for these kids.
You are aware now. Spread the knowledge...September is childhood cancer awareness month!

Today makes 15 days since my sixteen year old cousin passed away from childhood cancer (Ewing Sarcoma). I miss her everyday! She had a beautiful soul. She was so full of faith and love. There is no doubt in my mind that she is wearing a crown fit for a princess right now.
She was very wise for her age and had faith in God that could move mountains. We love you Karen!

"To all the young people,
I want to encourage you to keep on walking
ahead, working hard at what you want to
accomplish in life.
This is the beginning of your life.
But remember always we are not alone
-God is with us.
You must follow the rules and respect
your parents, grandparents, teachers,
and the teachings of the church and
any person above yourself.
Because this is good in the eyes of our God Jesus."
