My sister-in-law Renee is going to surprise my niece Angelina with cupcakes for being so awesome in Pre-K. She asked me to make six Smurf themed cupcakes for today. The cake is vanilla topped with vanilla frosting that I colored green. The Smurf faces and mushrooms are all made from fondant.
I really hope she loves them!
